Welcome to DMF’s Weiss Schwarz tournament at Malmö Game Week! With this tournament ticket, you get both admission to the event and a spot in the tournament. The tournament starts at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 26. Entry and check in from 9:00 to 9:50.
Registration is binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Format
Swiss + Top 4
Players play a set number of rounds against different competitors in a best of one. The four best players then play final-matches in a best of three.
We will follow the WSEC rules and as such both japanese and english cards are allowed. You may choose the japanese or the english wording on a card if they differ and that then goes for all copies of it in your deck.
The japanese ban list is followed for all decks with a japanese release, see here.
The english ban list is followed for all english only sets, see here
Translations have to be easily presented to your opponent for all japanese cards. If you have multiple japanese cards we recommend the use of Card inserts for your entire deck. You can find translations for inserts here.
Top 4 players have to provide a link to their decklist on encoredecks before prices are given out. Please pre build your deck on the site before the tournament. You can find the site here
